The picture was taken at night. The "finders" happened to see it at on their daily midnight walk along the beach? no. they put it their and took the pic and took it away. their is NO other picture of this one like their was of the others.

it looks like a bloated corpse of a dog, and it appears that the skull has been flayed away from the cranium by wear and tare from water erosion, i would have to examine the corpse more closely to be completely sure, but it does appear to be a short limbed dog from the photo, maybe an English bull terrier or a british Bull dog.
something along those lines, so you can all look at it again with that in mind and see it for what it really is.
