I personally don't think we should hate her per se because of our like for kittens, but I do believe that she should be tried as an adult for her actions. Especially given her prior history. If she can do something like this seemingly without thought or under the guise of a practical joke; what is to say that she wouldn't do something to a person or a child in the future? This foul beast is to be treated with as much hatred & contempt that can be mustered because she is a threat to all living creatures. Today Judge Margaret Clancy ordered the sentencing of Cheyenne Cherry to be adjourned until September 2nd! We were very encouraged by the drama that unfolded in court today and the
ADA's plea for a probationary record review!
The Judge called both Attorneys to the bench several times, and although we were not privy to
the discussion, we could see that the Defense Attorney was clearly upset. The Judge left the court
room at one point with the Attorneys and was gone for 20 minutes!!!
Although there are many unanswered questions, all 8 of us felt certain that this move was a direct
result of all your letters, phone calls, faxes and support for justice!!
The media was there with us as well.
*Now, more than ever, we will need you to help, we are so close, please don't give up!*
1) Please take a polite tone with the Prosecutor, thanking her for asking for a review of this case,
and tell her you hope that means that they are considering both a harsher sentence, and a lifetime
prohibition from owning or working with animals! Let her know that we are encouraged that the DA and
court appear to be taking this case seriously!

Could a cat figure out 1+1? No. Having emotions has to do with how smart they are. Animals can be smart and quick-witted, but apparently that's not good enough.
