I don't understand how people hate Jacob...
He's a charming boy who ends up with a whole load of crap on his shoulders: shape-shifting into something horrible (at least to him, cause werewolves are sexy.), the girl he loves doesn't seem to be responding and is fighting the fact that he IS THERE for her, to make her feel better.
He knew that he would never get her to completely forget Edward but he continued to go out of his way to love and cherish her even though he always ended up with the short part of the stick--at least till the fourth book, which, frankly, I found annoying. Glad it worked out for Jacob but still he was there and kept Bella together.

I absolutely love it!! But it's kind of overdone, don't you think? That's really not representing New Moon, but it does, however, represent Eclispe better. It's the whole "love triangle" thing. New Moon is more emotional. We feel Bella's pain, not her conflict. Eclispe and New Moon are too different story plots. I really don't like it when people mix up the stories' plots with each other. New Moon's about Edward leaving, and Bella finding herself a new path, and that "new" path leads her to Jacob. Eclispe, however, is about a totally unrelated conflict. Bella has choice, and she knows who is right, but still, she is conflicted, mostly, because she doesn't want to hurt Jacob. Why must people not see the difference between them. And, obviously, this poster, although it's completely wonderful, doesn't fit the description. I don't know, that's just one Twilighter's opinion, and be that as it may, I do think that they could at try better to get a more defined poster of what New Moon is supposed to represent. Pain, not conflict.

Right off the bat, Bella looks awkward like they collaged two pictures of Kristen Stewart together (her head coming from one photo and her body from another) because they couldn't get the correct angle. Zoomed-in, Jacob looks like he's wearing lip liner...seriously? & Edward looks fine, though they could try to downplay how obviously taller he is than Jacob. I've seen fans create better posters that actually portray Bella's brokenness and abandonment; so, in that essence, the poster's not all that impressive.

On a positive note, superb background and mist effects and props to whoever picked the font, BUT whoever positioned the "models" for the poster either based the shoot on what they were told "new moon" was about and/or wasn't familiar at all with the novel.

Wow, it looks really good! The actors do look rather stiff but I absolutely adore the effects and the background. And, even though the actors are stiff, they actually look pretty good. Kristen actually has more colour and her hair is straighter then when I last it--which is how Bella's hair is supposed to be. They FINALLY did Rob justice and took the picture from the right side of his face. He's not bad looking or anything, but to me, his right side is the really good side of his profile.

Taylor Lautner... Oh my gosh... It was so obvious that he'd end up good-looking when I saw him as Sharkboy. -chuckle- They didn't get his lips nicely though (looks like lip liner) but other than that he's still amazing to look at. I'm glad that they kept him as Jacob because he's also into the character and that's basically what I want: an actor who's INTO the series and not just doing this to make some money.

I'm so excited for New Moon--it's my all-time favourite out of the four (Yes, and it's not just for Jacob's uber-awesome character) so I really hope that they did a good job on the movie. If they don't--especially on the shape-shifters... I'll probably freak.

I must say that it's not my favorite.

Tiffanyd666 (youtube.com/tiffanyd666) used that same poster but she Photoshop-ed it and made it to where Bella has her hand on Edward. That's just MY opinion.
