    its man bear pig!
  • Jimbob Maloy · 9 months ago
It's probably alive, it just looks tired. All that swimming with it's club-like legs must have done a pretty mean number on the poor thing. That thing is a clubbed fishduckdog, obviously. Just look at the clubbed legs and the fishduckdog-like body mass and texture. I've seen flocks of these before. That's what you call a group of fishduckdogs, a "flock". So flock off and quit discriminating these beautiful creatures of the sea/sky/land/sand/mud/and stuff.
  • i live on a farm! · 9 months ago
becky dont wanna ruin it for you i live on a farm in west viginia we have about 100 pigs etc. umm ive seen pigs rotted up sorry to say thats not a pig its a dog thats been in water for weeks and all fur washed away sorry but u just got proved wrong
  • Jen · 1 year ago
    Hmm...judging from the picture,
I think it was a dog, but because of a
long period of time in the water parts of it has been
disolved. It must of been dead for a couple of days before it got
washed up on shore. The poor thing. T-T
  • Curious · 1 year ago
that thing doesn't look anything like the first picture of the Montauk Monster, The color completely changes, the face is completely different, the hands and legs look different too. This one also has hair. and yes u can see its penis o.o
  • michaela<3 · 1 year ago
    this is really really sad.
that poor thing is dead :[
it looks like a pig/dog/wolf/warthog type thing.
I really hope its fake or something because that is really sad. poor little thing :[
  • elijah · 1 year ago
oh come on its not sad it probaly died a long time ago and area 51 finaly dumped it into the ocean hopeing we wouldent find it
  • StaringintoDarkness · 1 year ago
This was a nice joke because thats all i take this second picture to be the first picture had a beak and pink skin this picture has a pig snout and pale skin. Also this Picture just looks like a pig unlike the dog/racoon of the first, also the original monster had "finger-like" arms this one obviously doesn't have the same characteristics. And at first it just looked computer-generated and wasn't serious, and thats all I'm going to take this version as.
  • Fags · 1 year ago
I know what it is... your mom.
  • Drav · 1 year ago
It has fur, it has a tail, and when matching the skull with what the guy said on fox news....its a dead racoon. Apparently the upper teeth are missing making it look like a beak. It clearly is a mamal and not a monster. End of story. http://www.skullsunlimited.com/Raccoon_Skull.html
  • Venom · 1 year ago
Awesome blog! We don't think it's a raccoon, either, and we're glad someone else is trying to get to the bottom of this.

We're tracking the story as it unfolds too, at capturethebeast.blogspot.com. As you can see, we're interested in more than just discovering the truth about this creature--we want to capture one, and we're willing to pay handsomely for it. Let us know if you get any scoops, and we'll do the same!
  • Dude · 1 year ago
guys it's either a dead coon or dog, or it's photoshoped, you can do so much on photoshop, there are people that i've seen use photoshop that can make things even more realistic then this.
Oh yeah and it's not a turtle, cause a turtles spine is connected to it's shell, so this would be a spineless turtle if it were real

hmm interesting blog. If anyone has actuallly seen the carcus of a decomposing dog, they would know that it tends to look like a beak with teeth. What concerns me is the front legs. These are clearly not the paws of a dog.... With regards to the second photo, if a decomposing carcus is flipped, quite often the side that has not been exposed to the elements will differ in colour and other areas such as more fur, less damage, possibly being more bloated. This said I do think that this second photo looks as though it has been tampered with dramatically. And where has the piece of cloth gone? Why was it there in the first place. An interesting case, but personally I think this is not alien or some kind of new speices. But hey I'm not qualified in this field so my opinion means nothing.... What I do know is that if I had been the one to find it, I would have had it properly examined and not whisked away and hidden......

Well I know for a fact ITS NOT A TURTLE. Turtle's have a spine that is connected to the shell. Research it for those who don't believe me.
Well i just seen it a while ago on t.v. today(8-1-08) and i was pretty freaked out. I looked at it like WTF!!! It looked like one of those myth creatures like a chupacabra (IDK if i spelled it right). I think thoes mythical creatures are real. But that's not the subject here. This weird washed up crature is freaking everyone out. The government or who ever needs to cut that thing open and do some good research before they make another one cuz they really got us this time. O yea and i do think the government is HIDING A LOT behind closed doors. For example THIS CREATURE, cures for disease's that "they" say isn't curable (bullshit, I have PROOF), and many other things. Soon im going to have a blog or sumthing having all the government secrets exposed because i dont think its right for us to be suffering with these pains or "uncurable" disease's & paying all these damn taxes and not being told the truth.
So to sum it all up, this is a crazy looking creature that i thought wouldn't be real and only in fairy tails, and the GOVERNMENT are big fat LIARS!

    Thank You For Reading.
  • Gangsterthugyo · 1 year ago
It looks wierd because it's decomposing. It's bloating, losing skin color, and losing fur. The "beak" is the skull. It's been floating around in the ocean and decomposing. Not sure what exactly it was or where it came from, though. It's most likely a domestic animal.

We would have a much easier time if the GENIUS who took these pictures would have put some sort of object in the frame so we could compare the size to it. Like a rock or a dollar bill or something.
  • Blair · 1 year ago
First, your blog looks amazing. All shiney and stuff.

And secondly...I'm of the opinion this is almost definitely government related. Even if it's fake, it's probably governmental. Can you IMAGINE the kinds of things running around somewhere that we don't know about? With the science breakthrough of cloning now pretty much "perfected", cloning different species and "combining" those animals' DNA shouldn't really be a problem for our fancy pants government.

It doesn look a lot like a pig. But the thick black/brown fur? Definitely not pig like. Pigs have hair, but not FUR.

The skull is almost definitely canine, as is the tail.

Claiming that is is a species from the sea is almost idiotic; how could this creature survive life in marine conditions? There are no fins, the tail would be worthless when it came to swimming, and unless the creature has webbed feet on it's freaky little monster arms, then maneuvering in the ocean would be pretty impossible.

    >.>

If no one has dissected the thing by now, it makes me think "they" either know exactly what it is, or that it is most definitely fake.

    WHo knows?
  • Idontkno23 · 1 year ago
Hm....If it is a turtle, it should be wider, am i right? Turtles shells aren't that thick, the soft shelled turtle is about the only turtle that you can see what a turtles body actually looks like. To be honest, i would totally disregard the turtle statement, in my opinion, it is most likely either a science experiment, or a hoax/viral marketing.

Oh and, they already claimed it to be dead, some kids had the remains in there back yard.

It could possibly be a demon or alien though ?!? If the scientists can't identify its type then this could possibly be on of those forever mysteries :D!
  • shea123 · 1 year ago
this might sound a little crazy....
but what if it is some prehistoric creature that lives in the ocean. I mean everyone thought that the giant squid was fake and a couple years ago one of them washed up on the shore. I was looking at the animal and it has legs with what appear to be some kind of hoof which would not function very well if the creature where swimming at the bottom of the ocean for millions of years. Also the long fingers resemble those of a mole. The creature shares many other traits with the mole such as the long snout and the small eyes covered mostly by flesh. There are also many moles that are semi aquatic. This has all led me to the conclusion that this is some sort of "giant mole-like creature that must live underground at the bottom of the sea. This would explain the lack of a physique that would endure a great amount of swimming. This would also explain why one has never been found before, this is because when they die they simply stay underground and decompose. This one could possibly just have been near the surface of the floor and rough currents from a large storm washed it up and onto the shore.

I know this sounds pretty crazy but when i saw this picture i was really entrigued and i stardted to reasearch and i think that my theory is feasable.

My husband thinks it may be an ice age sea lion. With the icebergs melting it may have come from there and washed up on shore. He called me about it when he saw the video on cnn.com and then told me to google pics of sea lions to compare the two. both have hair, both have same length limbs, both have narrow snouts and small heads, both have a tail, so they have several similarities.
  • mikezilla · 1 year ago
IS"T A TAPIR!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! google tapir and google tapir skeleton u will see that the shull resembles a beak
  • anon · 1 year ago
I highly doubt its a turtle. turtles may have beaks but they dont have teeth as you can see from the bottom jaw. turtles also dont have flaps for ears, and the legs dont look like any turtle legs. turtles also have spines attached to their shells. turtle genitalia is inside a hole at the back near its tail, just like crocs.

it looks like a dog of some sort and the beak looks like its skull which has been eroded or worn out by the sea. the fur looks like its been thrashed and ripped off too.

anyway its definitely not a turtle. is there something to gauge the size of this?
  • Project_Montauk · 1 year ago
i'd just like to point out that people need to look at the 2 pictures of this thing. they are not pictures of the same creature. the second picture where you can see the face more clearly is a dog. its legs and arms are quite different than the creature in the first pic. not to mention the color of the skin in the 2 pics. now look at the first pic. distorted arms/fingers, very strange skull/jaw structure. also when you look at the pic of the dog, it is fake. it was photo edited... you can see it just above the dog's upper left ear. the seam is just too fine. now, it still could be a publicity stunt but idk. did this thing just disappear or what? what's the story there? ppl, they can clone a sheep, they can clone you, they can mix vegetables with animal genes, so why couldn't they have created this creature? the animal in the original picture simply does not conform to the parameters any known animal.

It's a dead dog that has begun decomposition in water. Look at the bone poking through the water damaged & bloated skin and then look here http://www.skullsunlimited.com/graphics/sm-130-.... Obviously it's just a dead canine who's undergone partial water decomposition. No monster.

  • JZ · 1 year ago
After looking at the new pic, I figured out what it is. It's not a turtle or a dog. IT'S A PIG!!! That's why it has the freaky legs. It probably lost all its hair from being in the water for so long. And as far as the beak? it's not a beak, it's just it's nose that's decaying and the bone is probably making it look like a beak.

i do know alot about turtles and, contrary to your thinking a turtle is accatuley attached to its shell. if it was a really big freakey turtle it would have a ripped up back and it mostlikely would be atleast a little bloody but the water could of taken care of that.

what i would guess: it looks like sombody got really mad or was phyco and poured acid all over their dog. anyway, if that is the case i would pour acid on it's owner.

    ^^acid+dog=the above^^

I know people see this as weird as hell but wouldn't someone in the government CARE! I mean I like i like all this news and people talking about what it is but someone just needs to take a D.N.A sample and cut it up or at least a simple autopsy. I'm so excited bye this now i can say i did something my summer. Also someone needs to finish this or starts something to cash out lol.
On my Opinion about it what i see it in the 2 pictures it looks "different" if you know what i mean. I think it could be anything. On the count of that beak which isn't a beak its just the bone after the flesh was wiped completely clean and exposed the bone. That hole is very common in land animal skulls such as horses, dogs, pigs, and so on. I would very much like to hear more about this and certainly would be glad if it turned into something big considering pretty much all the criptotic things have been fake. Please email me for further discotion. Aim: MilitaryManiac77@aol.com also is email.

It's a dog with it's face decomposed exposing its skull which looks like a beak. Here's an image of a dog's skull: http://www.skullsunlimited.com/graphics/sm-130-...
Compare that to the new picture.

You can tell by its muscle and bone structure that it is not a sea creature because all of its arms/ legs and muscles are oriented to lift vertically for walking, not for swimming.

Its arms are decomposed as well, those things that look like fingers are the dog's fingers without the paws, feel a dog's arms above the paws and you'll see what I mean.

Also the testicles are outside the body of the animal which is not found in sea creatures due to many reasons which I'm sure you can think up.

Also the ears are flappy like a dogs. Not really common among sea creatures.

Conclusion: Decomposed and water bloated dog. Most likely discarded by owner. I doubt it was result of testing, they normally dispose of the bodies in labs pretty well. For fear of contamination or spread of disease.

Although I'm confused as to why someone doesn't go and pick up the carcass and examine it if it's getting so much attention.
  • L. Burke Ivey · 1 year ago
Someone has removed the body. His name is Colin Davis. He was part of the second group to witness the thing on the beach, and decided to move it when he realized what a big deal the news was going to make of this - to keep it from being tampered with by snoops. You can see him on the news report by Janeane Moos from CNN, also available on YouTube.
  • L. Burke Ivey · 1 year ago
I'm not sure the pictures are of the same creature. This "second picture" looks more like a photo of a pig, and is in a different position than the original. The pattern of decomposition is different, the face looks broader, and spotted skin is visible, whereas in the original I didn't see any spots on the surface. Where did this second picture come from? Can we verify a source for it? There are dozens of people jumping on the "Montauk Monster" bandwagon right now - this could just be another person's attempt at a claim to fame by association.
  • L. Burke Ivey · 1 year ago
OK, this second picture is apparently from the Fox News website, posted by Loren Coleman on August 1st.

    Link is here: http://www.foxnews.com/images/409924/0_22_monta...

Now the question becomes, who is Loren Coleman? How is s/he involved in this investigation? Is she a Fox News employee? How did she get this picture, and when was it taken?

i no wat it is.....it aperantly looks like in the animal testing ficility they had a pig have gay butt sex with the aflack duck and made that and it got loose from the factory then made its way into the ocean were it had gay butt sex with a turtle that had lost its shell then while one of the guys that is helping with the creating of the new creature show was fishing he cought that product of gay butt sexx from a pig, the aflack duck, and a shelless turtle he brought it up on the boatthen had gay but sex with it then killed and put it on the shore so they could get sum advertisment so it is jus cruel advertisment

It is called a water rat. The general name for it is "vole". You can see from the new pic the fur is falling off of it. The first picture shows a fly on the corpse, so you can get a size determination (its not that big - but its very large for a rat). Voles have the long arms and fingers shown in the first photo, the tail shown, the rear hindquarters in that configuration, and the canines as shown in that general position. Probably over a 90% chance it is a vole.

This reminds me of those skin painters, like look up those girls who get skin paint all over them and look like totally cool. Anywhoo, these are professionally done viral marketing. Latex or whatever they made em from. Don't know. look at the wrist, it has like some kinda of wrap, I bet it will be part of a tv series, and these are one of the drone bad guys or something like that.

The complexion gives it away mostly, if they worked on the skin texture and history/aging effects. It would fool more people.

It looks like a hyena. Same coloring as one and very similar shape (bloated in this pic). Yeah and that's def part of the nose, since when did a beak have a huge hole in it?
  • Chuck · 1 year ago
And to tell you the truth it's more than likely fake. It's been flipped over since the other pic was taken and if someone was willin enough to touch it then they would have already had an autopsy done on it as well.
  • Jenn · 1 year ago
I'd say its a dog- some of the flesh where its nose would be rotted away, or got eaten by fish. If you look at its ears, they look triangular shaped- like a pitbull, rottweiler, boxer, dobermin etc,I think I'm going to go with a boxer- and that thing on its leg- probably a leash. But- that just my guess- trust me, I'd rather it be some freaky experiment! Can you say resident evil?? haha

AWW Crap- I said boxer didn't I? I ment pitbull.... lol

PIG! It has the floppy ears, feet, coarse hair, and that little skinny thing behind that tucked away hind leg....a pig's tail! I found a picture for everyone to compare: http://www.ccs.k12.in.us/chsHAP/Web-Pig-muscles...
  • joe · 1 year ago
its a dog you fuckin idiot, thats not a beak, thats the nose bone, salt slows decomposition, the gasses during decomposition cause bloating, hence its just a bloated decomposing dog, most likely a bulldog or some other short snout dog. seriously are all you people that ignorant as to not realize this? do you all seriously want to belive in monsters and far fetched ideas?
  • joe · 1 year ago
and another thing, it is very highly unlikely that it came from plum island, had it escaped from plum island it would have drifted out to the ocean not from patchogue all the way back east to quogue and then finally resting at montauk, seriously map it out, and realize how completely irrational that would be, for any animal that would be an arduous journey
  • therepo2 · 1 year ago
i saw that it has like canine teeth in its beak and the tail (if you look close enough) looks like a hippo
  • therepo2 · 1 year ago
in the first pic it has no hair but in the second it does. so maybe it lost some hair. and my brother-in-law(who is 21) said they scanned its skull(or someting like that) and it was similar to a racoons. so maybe it had hair but an animal ate it of and left some there. if you look close enough at the fur (the big bit just before the penis)it looks as if its got a hammerhead shark tatoo there. on top of that bit it has some sort of burn. so it could be an alien(not likely) or the experiment like you say. p.s. damn the fingers are like a frogs (in first pic)

two things...the picture with the grayish colored corpse, certainly looks like a dog with his snout bitten off. The picture with the "thing" laying on its stomach is a little more questionable, but i would have to say the two pictures are of different origin. In the reddish colored corpse it a has a piece of cloth around its paws, and the grayish one doesnt. what do you think?

Yes it's 2 different things. But the one on it's stomach is scary as hell. I cringe everytime I see it. And why was it bound? U can tell it was tied up at some point in time. It's freaky....Fake or real, it's freaky...

It's a wild boar!! When dead animals are in the water for long extended of times they swell up, the hair falls off, their skin can become deformed. I once saw a dead cat that had been in the water for awhile and it looked more like a dog.

yeah the new picture makes it look less like a demon or monster. it's obviously a dog or boar thats been decomposed. In the first picture part of the upper jaw is buried in the sand, making it look like a beak, but in the new photo it's clear that there is no beak, and it resembles sometime more like a dog or a boar.

This is no monster, though I wish it was.

  • TakesALiarToKnowALiar · 1 year ago
Okay, now that top one...That is a dog. Most likely a Pit Bull, or a Boston Terrier. And it seems like it has been in the water more than 2 or 3 weeks, by the looks of the face, and exposed teeth. And my personal guess is that it is a Pit Bull, because in the past few years, there has been a lot of cruel things happened to Pit Bulls, such as being caught on fire, hung from trees, put in illegal dog fights, etc., so I dont really know. It could be anything. =O

Hey listen everyone is makin a pretty big deal about not a lot...... i would almost guarentee that it IS a dog that either died on a boat and people dumped it or some other way but it still has some fur but has been bloated and turned that dead gray color from being out in the sun and ocean water my bet is either fish or maybe birds ate away at the front of the skull and that makes it look like the "Beak" when really its just its skull showing..... if they do release reports i bet they will say the same.....
  • Sacredmage · 1 year ago

It looks a lot like a odd species of dog that lost most of its upper teeth. I think the yellow thing sticking out of the front of its head is its nose bone, and those ears look a lot like a dogs.
  • randomguy · 1 year ago
    http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=SYJvFlHggvU&feat...

that front part of the "monster", w/e you think is the beak, its actually on it's side so it "appears" to be a beak, but it's not in reality. Also, that brown spot when you look at it's face or upper jaw is the hollow part of a dog's upper mouth.
  • randomguy · 1 year ago
Also, if you look at the picture where the "monster" is mostly brownish, not the blueish part where it's belly is showing, the brownish picture, when you look at the front part, it's not one limb, but two, making it look like it has many fingers or w/e you want to call it. Also, it may not seem very close to what a dog's paw looks like, but after a long time decomposing, that's definitely what it looks like if you think about it, lots of things get eroded away, or if you're really determined to find out that it's a dog's paw, do some research, i've done mine. It's a dog. :P
  • marie · 1 year ago
i agree wit u completly...but this most definatly isnt a raccon...the goverment paid jeff corwin to say that so that the people watching wouldnt flip....there hidding the truth
  • Samantha · 1 year ago
It's a dog. The first picture doesn't show it as clearly because half the face is covered, but it's a dog. If you picture a dog's nose where the bone is sticking out, it's easy to see that it's a dog. That's what a dog's skull bone looks like too. Google it.
I really wish it was something cooler though...

  • Feldouche · 1 year ago
People. This thing had been in the water and exposed to the elements FOR DAYS. It is ROTTING. It isn't going to look to close to what it did when it was alive. a turtle's spine is connected to it's shells. Meaning it's built in. Like, if someone tried to rip out your SPINE. would it leave the skin intact? No. Not a Dog. The hands are wrong. It IS a raccoon with the upper skin rotted off. Look at the other picture of the monster from a different angle. (google it lazy) It's easier to see it's not a beak and just skin rutted off the top of the snouth. PROTIP: Raccooon fur is THICK. it grows in distinctive bunches. It changes the shape of the animal when it's defurred. Take it from someone who used to coon hunting and has seen raccoons with mange. It's a raccoon. Back to reality now. k thanks.

Whatever it is, it doesn't actually have a beak. That's exposed bone, and it has teeth, as well. Things with beaks dont have teeth.

So if you ignore the beak and give it a muzzle instead, and look at the shape of the fingers and such, it's a raccoon. It's a rather fat one, but it's a raccoon, or at least an animal very similar to one.

The two pictures don't even match up-- one has a beak and the other has teeth, one has some fur left on it's body and the other does not, the head shape and overall look of the two creatures' bone structure differs also...Maybe it's just decomposition, but I don't think so. Also, do you know how close we are scientifically to being able to mcross-breed different species of animal? Not even a little bit close. And you guys are talking about mixtures that aren't even in the same genus or class. Scientists aren't even able to cross-breed humans and chimps, and we're almost genetically identical (96% I think). Anyway, this is interesting but probably staged, or maybe an alien...who knows? This is a good site and a good topic for a discussion.
  • Missy · 1 year ago
Did they ever find out what that was?
  • Conor · 1 year ago
Ok so heres wat i see.. this so called "beak" that you see seems to me like a part of the skull that has been uncoverd by the strong current of the open ocean. that part is obvious to me. The canines on the bottom jaw suggest that it is in fact a dog as does the patches of fur. I did want it to be some sort of new Species but my observations, unfortunatly, prove other wise.
  • Shelby · 1 year ago
It looks like it had hair and no gills so that rules out the possibility of it being something from way down far in the ocean, which is what I originally assumed. I really think the second picture looks a lot like a hog but the beak is unexplainable. This was posted like a month ago, so have you found any more information since then?

Yeh u may say it's a pig if u hve an untrained eye!, but if u look closer it has kind of a beak an look at its feet, THEY LOOK ALMOST HUMAN!!, so It stands to reason tht it probably is some wierd experiment tht happened in a lab somewhere but they probably realised they had to dispose of it and jst dumped it in the ocean, an thts probably how it got washed up
  • xcthulhux · 1 year ago
i think that if it was a turtle, its ears wouldn't hang like that.
also, i don't think that i s a beak, it looks like it could be part of the skull that was torn off.
hell, for all we know it could be a photoshop of a dead pig, or something.
its clearly not a racoon. i don't know who came up with that idea, but that is just plain ridiculous.

there are several different creatures, as shown by many pictures that have now surfaced. One is clearly a pig, another clearly a sheep, and then there's the strange beaked one.

before i saw the pictures of the other creatures, I thought this might well be some "prehistoric" creature that has not been discovered yet, but for some reason washes up on shore (as has ahppened on numerous occasions). But that doesn't explain the other creatures

If these things are real, then no doubt they're the result of experiments gone wrong. But would a facility that does testing so secret and illegal, be so careless as to just ditch the creatures into the sea and risk them being found?! Unlikely.

My money would be on these things being completely fake. Notice how they mysteriously disappeared before experts could perform an autopsy. Maybe some people with prop-making experience got a little bored and decided to see how many people they could fool. Maybe it's a marketing ploy. Who knows. But, being a rational person, the idea of actual monsters afoot (or ashore) seems near laughable to me.

looks like a warthog mixed with a bird and a dog. But how it was WASHED up I'll never figure it out.
  • Alec · 1 year ago
If you look close, you can see a kind of trench dug by its paw and head. So does that mean that it was alive when it washed up, and was struggling to get up? Hmmmm.... Creepy.

Hey i saw your picture and honestly from my perspective it looks like a giant Koala Bear... I am actually an archeology student and from the shape from its head it looks just like one... but by observing from its teeth it looks like a sea creature almost... also by looking at its arm they look amphibous...... I looked at another picture that i was searching on the internet it seems that you have found another one.... it was said that a man captured it observed it and said "yep, racoon." but the next day it disappeared..... so i dont now.... i think it looks like a giant Koala Bear......
  • Austin · 1 year ago
a huge pig that they did shit to at that animal testing facility.
  • Jay · 1 year ago
There is no type of turtle that has arms like that.....as u see in the picture threre is an elbow bone sticking out of the arm....there is no kind of turtle that has elbow.also you can see teeth on the creature turtles also dont have teeth. And on the other picture well its hairy and it doesnt take a expert to know that a turtle doesnt have fur.
  • Jay · 1 year ago
Besides have u ever seen a turtle without a shell...i bet u havent...to get a turtle out of its shell u would need to rip its spinal cord out and as u can see that thing still has a spine and its a tan color and there is only ONE kind of tan turtle and its the logerhead turtle and they dont live anywhere near beaches
  • Jay · 1 year ago
but if i had to guess what it is i would say its an experiment from some1 breeding a dog and a pig then breeding that with a raccon or something then i guess they kinda went to far and got that dead thing and just threw it into the ocean
  • Jay · 1 year ago
but back on to the turtle subject if u look close enough in the picture u can see ears on the thing and turtles DO NOT HAVE EARS only mental people wouldnt know that also look at its eyes its eyes r on the front of its face turtles eyes r on the side of there face.
  • Jay · 1 year ago
so i hope i helped u Eric u should now know that that......thing is a turtle or not.

  • claire · 1 year ago
this is sad story and true! people call it the montauk monster on youtube for more info go check it out i call it a abused dog that was trashed in a ocean in nj shore sea side.other ppl think it's a raccoon, whatever it was i think it's mean that their are some really evil ppl out there who could abuse or fight pet's when they are the most loyal pure living things,,,please help stop animal abuse.the money from fighting pet's will get you nothing worth the pain in the pet or you in life!!!!!
  • Lago · 1 year ago
It is not a dog, but as you stated, a "raccoon." The raccoon was not thrown into the ocean. Raccoons end up there all by themselves, as they are drawn to the water, and often end up drowning. Do not think they stuff found around its wrists were cloth tying its legs together. Just as on the other side of the animal, what you are seeing is the epidermis peeling off of the animals dermis below. No one did anything to this animal. They are found dead like this all the time, and always have been found such.
  • Shonty · 1 year ago
I had a hunch when I first saw it, and I looked up 'Boar skulls' in google images, and the skull is the same. Its a Boar. Check it out for yourself. I could be wrong, I'm optimistic..... I really wished it was a weird alien, experimented dog racoon turtle freak!
  • Kris G · 1 year ago
It cannot be a raccoon because if you notice, on a raccoon the 2 large teeth are on the top pointing down, this has large teeth pointing upward from the bottom signifying it as more of a boar type of animal.
  • Josee · 1 year ago
The blueish picture honestly looks like a wild boar or a hog or something... it doesnt look like a dog... or a racoon.. but i agree with you.. i hope its something interesting
  • pilkieboy · 1 year ago
I was thinking it must be some sort of illegal genetic engeneering experiment...that thing is like boar dog turtle bird thing!! So im also thinking the way it surfaced on the beach is that it mustve escaped from some hidden island location and jumped...but it seems that its long fingers mustve been non useful for swimming...what im wondering is where can u buy these things (i want it as a pet <.< >.>) and how it kept itself from being eat in the sea......if u have any more info on it plz tell me and ill think up a nuther possible way
  • mexitalican · 11 months ago
WTF wud want to eat that thing
  • Africanoboiftw8597 · 1 year ago
Well lol it has a penis so it has to be a boy, im thinkin its probably a dog with a broken nose.... so don't say its not a dog yet....
  • Africanoboiftw8597 · 1 year ago
dude u can absolutely tell its a dog, there is hair on it!
  • anonymous · 10 months ago
cats, pigs, horses, all of these have hair, it looks like a mutated seal with a penis to me o.o just my opinion, looks alot like a seal, but the arms and the hair disproves me, but that "me" guy has a good answer. (not talking bout myself, i mean the guy up top)

    as everyone has said
it honestly looks like a pig/boar
it looks NOTHING like a dog or a raccoon
its body clearly resembles a pig, but it looks like the snout has been torn off or cut off
probably a mishap of the butcher shop
  • Ansith · 12 months ago
alright idk about the other picture but if u compare this pic with that of pictures of large bull dogs on google there is def a resemblance. its not exact b/c of the jaw a bulldog has but it would explain the carnivorous teeth part so it could be a cross breed of a bulldog (or somethin close to it) and a pig.

Me and my Mom have been pondering WTF it is

  • RISINGMEGATRON · 11 months ago
A BONE COMING OUT OF ITS NOSE? WTF
  • Me · 10 months ago
It doesn't have a beak, it's nose has been sliced so there's no skin left. It isn't a beak it's a bone. The ears, teeth, and body structure look very similar to a pig.. As for "long fingers" ... It doesn't have long fingers. The other picture just made it look that way. It would be almost definitely a pig except for the bits of hair.. But there are species of pigs that do have hair. It's just the screwed up corpse of a pig, or possible a very very fat waterlogged dog.
  • MomDawg057 · 10 months ago
    Hello,

The 2 pictures are of different creatures. Some one wants you to believe that blue thing is the creature below. Get a veterinarian to look.
  • Katja · 10 months ago
I think its a dog that drowned.
Either fish ate its nose, or it got scraped off, so there's no beak.
The fur washed off from being in water, dead.
The long fingers are it's bones coming out, they could be broken.
So, it could just be a fat, waterlogged dog that washed up on shore.
    Not a monster.
  • Katja · 10 months ago
"MomDawh057" -- That is very likely.
  • Becky · 9 months ago
i think it looks more like a dog, the nose could have been broken so that would explain the beak-like thing (just whats left after the nose was broken off and washed away), the fur could have been scrapped off or washed off by rough waves and it could be that colour because of being in the water for so long. most of the body shape looks like that of a fat dog. the ears and eyes look like a dogs, just kind of cover up the nose / snout bit and imagine it with fur... i think it looks like a dead dog.
  • Becky · 9 months ago
I've had a re-think... it looks like a pig. the patches could be its markings, pigs are born with straight tails, they're known for their bad teeth, the nose shape looks like its had the skin scrapped off but still kept roughly the same shape. its ears look like a pigs and its body shape looks more like a pig than a dog. the little fur thats left looks like a pigs (when you see them alive they have quite a thin layer of fur that looks like what is left on this creature) so yeah... thats what me and my dad think.

where the hell i everyone getting the idea that its a racoon? i dont see any resemblance to one at all...
  • trunsako · 9 months ago
Well it's possibly a screwed up expiriment of the u.s department of agriculture. Looks like they tried to combine the genes of some sort of bird,a bull dog(I think),and a human although it still has a little bit of fur so I don't know. Just a guess.
  • Callum McAvoy · 9 months ago
    wtf is this man ??
its got like human feet, pig head, wolf teeth, i dont have a clue about the front legs
i think is a human guniea pig gone wrong !!!!!!!

its actually a dog, or raccoon the reason it has long fingers because as the dog was in the water the skin shrunk around the finger bones. if you look at a dog, or raccoon skeleton you can tell it has finger bones. the reason it has no fur could be a number of things, ex the skin might have fallen of as it was floating in the water and decayed. it doesn't have a beak that's an optical allusion if you see other pictures of it you can actually see some fur and that the there is no beak its just part of the dogs, or raccoon skull in a weird position.
